We offer every composition and surface finish and can supply round wire and flat ribbon in tungsten and molybdenum, as well as gold plated tungsten wire and platinum plated tungsten wire in various plating thicknesses. Wire is available on spools and in straight lengths. Beyond the standard products, we have tungsten and molybdenum with the highest dopant and recrystallization properties in the industry and we also have the only truly contaminant-free 99.999% pure undoped tungsten wire.

And now, Metal Cutting is offering high grade Copper Tungsten in geometries and compositions to meet a variety of specifications, including standard 30%-Cu: 70% W, for excellent wear resistance and 50% Cu: 50% W for high dimensional accuracy and surface finish. 

Additionally, a new proprietary composition has been specifically formulated for exceptional spped and wear performance when EDMing carbides.
